We believe that we should do all that we can to improve our environment. We are committed helping our customers reduce plastic waste and protect the planet. For our local customers, we offer a refill programme whereby we collect your empty bottles and refill them for only £1.99 per product.

We currently stock a range of BioD products. Available refills include:

• Bathroom Cleaner Spray
• All Purpose Sanitiser Spray
• Multi Surface Cleaner
• Toilet Cleaner

To be eligible for the refill programme you must:

• Reside in the Burnley & Pendle area
• Provide clean and empty bottles¹
• Be available at allotted time slots for collection and delivery

If you are an existing customer with a subscription, we will collect and deliver your bottles free of charge. If you are not an existing customer a small collection/delivery charge of £2 will be added to your order.
